Paul Bell Middle School is an exciting, state-of-the-art facility located in western Miami-Dade County enriching the surrounding community it serves through the development of bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural students. We strive for excellence in the development of lifelong learners and productive citizens by improving academic competencies using technology.

We hold the following beliefs as the motivation for all endeavors undertaken by the school:

• We believe firmly that all children can learn and thus hold them to high expectations.

• We believe that we should be, for all who are involved, a place of realized potential.

• We believe that our responsibility is to our students, to our employees, and to the community and society we serve.

Administration

Systemwide Accreditation

What is accreditation?

Accreditation is a method of quality assurance
designed to distinguish schools adhering to a
set of educational standards. The accreditation
process improves overall student achievement and
organizational eff ectiveness. System accreditation
incorporates a performance-based model that has
a five year cycle of continuous improvement for all
schools.

What does is mean for our students?

Students gain greater access to federal loans, scholarships,
military programs and colleges that require students to
attend an accredited institution. System accreditation
recognizes how well all the parts of the education system
– the District, school, and classroom – work together to
meet the needs of students.

What does it mean for parents?

Parents gain confidence in knowing their child’s
school is accredited and that it meets international
standards for quality in education.
